Yoga Classes

I have been taking yoga class in the past month, and I like it a lot. I feel that yoga is a combination of relaxation and exercise, and it is very helpful in terms of finding inner peace and being balanced. Some of the poses are quite difficult, and given that I’m hopelessly inflexible the classes are quite challenging, but I feel that I’m improving and getting better, and I do feel a little bit better body-wise. In conclusion, I’m not a full-blown yogi yet, but I’m getting there.
