Stress

Last Life and Learning class we talked about stress. There are many healthy ways to cope with stress, here are two examples. Firstly, to cope with stress you should go to bed at a reasonable time, and wake up at a reasonable time. A lot of the time when people get stressed they either sleep to much or sleep to little. They could also end up working or studying the entire night. This is important because you are able to think better and work better when you are well rested. Another positive way to deal with stress is to talk to someone about it. If you have a lot on your mind, it is always good to tell someone. This would help you because that person could then help you as they would know what was wrong. There are also many unhealthy ways to deal with stress, aside from the opposites of the positives mentioned above, here are a few examples. Firstly, procrastination is a bad way to deal with stress. This is because you are basically escaping the stress using TV or social networks to delay stress. The stress can then add up to more than before. Another negative way is to take your stress out on other people by being angry. This is bad because that person who you get mad at could really help you.
