Enough is enough #DOSOMETHING #MentalHealthMatters

Fight for better. Develop your own campaign!

Suicide is the #1 health-related cause of death for young people in Canada. That’s unacceptable. It’s time we all rise up and #DoSomething.

Step 1: Fill out the form below. Tell us what your “something” is. What action are you going to take – big or small – for positive mental health in your community?

Step 2: We send you a pair of work gloves to symbolize your commitment to #DoSomething.

Step 3: Post a photo of yourself in your gloves getting to work and publicly declaring your commitment to #DoSomething.

Step 4: Welcome to the revolution.

For immediate crisis, please find the resource nearest you. For immediate help, call Kids Help Phone.

Head to jack.org/dosomething. Pledge your commitment to take ONE ACTION in September towards positive mental health in your community.
