GROW GOAL-SETTING

Goal #2: Creativity/Athletics/Service

Goal: (Agree on the topic, specific objective and if appropriate-long term goal)

My goal for C/A/S is to follow through with my plan without any troubles and to manage having my CAS log signed and handed in on time, as well as to write more elaborate reflections.

This is a realistic and attainable goal that I will be able to achieve. I will know that I’ve achieved it when I am able to write about something that I’ve learned from the experience.

My second goal for this category is to manage my time better, so that I get enough sleep every night and finish my tasks on time.

Reality: (Invite self assessment, give feedback, check if this is an attainable goal)

This is an attainable goal that I know that I will have achieved when I find that I can more comfortably get my ideas out to others when working in groups.

Roadblocks:

  1. After school classes may limit working time.

  2. Extra tasks in addition to homework may also limit working time.

Grade 8 Camp Goals

My GROW Goal Reflection

Last year, I did not really work hard to achieve my goals, but this year, I plan to achieve them all (the four GROW goals). Reality:

This goal is achievable, but it will require co-operation.

My goal is to be more organized.

Reality:
