Friday: Week 1-PE (75 min) Solegirl, running (30min)

Saturday: Synchronized Swimming (60 min) Speed Swimming (60 min)

Sunday: Speed Swimming (60 min)

Minimum minutes per week: 210 minutes

Basketball: Averaging out to 150 min per week

Week 1: 465 min

Week 2: 480 min
